After School Program

Have Fun and Learn Important Skills

The Escape Room Adventure Programs provide opportunities for students to learn:

  • Applied Design: Students use NASA engineering design process to design their escape room. Each step that students take to design and build their escape rooms they are taught a new skill.

  • Technologies: Students use computer science. Systems Analysis to identify the scope and potential problems. Process Modeling to identify items for each layer. Process and Interface Architecture to identify how the puzzles will fit together and how users will understand the escape room steps.

  • Problem-Solving: Students repeatedly practice problem-solving when they develop puzzles that stump their parents.
